Amy joined The Menges Group full-time in December 2021 after supporting our clients as an independent contractor. Amy brings strong provider side managed care experience and expertise to the company and to our clients.  Amy’s background leading health system financial initiatives, payer contracting, and innovative payment and care delivery models enabled her to assist clients in developing value-based care reimbursement strategies. Amy employs her knowledge of care delivery and operations to develop strategies and analytic solutions to support health reform transitions, government and commercial bundle payment, shared savings, primary care innovative care delivery, Hospital at Home, and population health strategies. She also supported a Medicaid accountable care initiative using analytics to implement a coordinated network of PCPs, OBGYN, specialists, facilities, and others. Amy has built numerous analytic models to manage large and extensive data sources for clinically integrated reimbursement programs. She has published thought leadership articles on the Primary Cares Initiatives model as well as a study on the impact of the changes to evaluation and management documentation and payment. Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Hospital Administration from the University of Scranton and Master of Business Administration degree from Averett University.
